Alain Polak's instruments are fully guaranteed for a period of one year. The guarantee includes materials and workmanship. We always recomend that you send back your flute for a check up, after several months of "playing-in". In this case the guarantee will be extended to a period of five years. When acquiring a traverso, you will receive complete information for a successfull playing-in. Nevertheless, should there appear any problem, we guarantee that we shall repair or replace any defective part of the flute, free of charge during the warranty period. The guarantee does not cover the shipment costs.
